These Terms of Use govern your use of the Guzheng application (“the App”), published by an independent developer (“I”, “me”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails. 本应用通过 Apple App Store 分发，Apple 的《授权应用最终用户许可协议》同样适用。若该协议与本条款冲突，以 Apple 的协议为准。
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own playing, practice and performance — including performances you record, publish or monetise. 我授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许你在本人拥有或控制的设备上使用本应用，用于自己的演奏、练习与表演——包括你录制、发布甚至用于获利的演奏。

The App is free to download. Some features are offered as optional in-app purchases. All payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple through your App Store account — I do not receive or store your payment details. 本应用可免费下载，部分功能以可选的应用内购买形式提供。所有付款、续订、退款与取消均由 Apple 通过你的 App Store 账户处理——我不会接收或保存你的支付信息。
Refund requests go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, from the App’s purchase screen. 退款请求需通过 Apple 提交：reportaproblem.apple.com。在登录同一 Apple 账户的任何设备上，都可从应用内的购买页面恢复已购项目。
For a subscription, if one is offered, the term renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings. 如提供订阅服务，订阅将自动续期，除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时，于 App Store 账户设置中关闭自动续订。
The App lets you import sheet music, MIDI files and audio, and to record what you play. This material stays on your device: it is yours, I claim no rights over it, and I have no access to it. The App uses a small number of third-party services — Apple for distribution and payments, Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics, and advertising provided by Google. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and I have no control over them. 本应用使用少量第三方服务：Apple 负责分发与支付，Google Analytics 提供匿名使用统计，广告由 Google 提供。各服务均受其自身条款与隐私政策约束，我无法对其加以控制。
Additional sound packs may be downloaded from within the App; downloading requires an internet connection, while playing does not. 应用内可下载额外音色包，下载需要网络连接，而演奏本身无需联网。
The App, its interface, artwork, sound banks and code remain my property or that of my licensors, and are protected by copyright. These terms grant you a licence to use the App, not ownership of it. 本应用及其界面、美术素材、音色库与代码，其所有权归我或我的许可方所有，并受著作权法保护。本条款授予你的是使用许可，而非所有权。
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
